Depending on which side of the body your inset is located, the left and right pockets help shorten the distance needed for tubing. We recommend buying at least one of each style to accomodate changing inset sites every few days.

We offer extended sizes in select women's Marion Sleep Shorts patterns.

Yes, we offer kids sizes in S(6), M(7-8) and L (9-10).

We've designed the pocket to fit both Tandem and most Medtronic insulin pumps.

The waistband loop helps guide the tubing from the insulin pump to the inset location without causing a pump occlusion. The tubing can also be looped several times around the waistband loop to take up slack and prevent snagging.
